Unique – Slay: Scoring a takedown against an enemy champion grants you 1% omnivamp, stacking up to 6 times for a total of 6%.

Unique – Now and Forever: While above 50% of your maximum health, you deal 5% increased damage. While below 50% of your maximum health, you gain 15% increased healing, shielding, and  health regeneration.

Limited to 1 Boots item.

Requires completion of the Mid Lane Role Quest to obtain. Once the quest is completed, Gluttonous Greaves is upgraded into this item for free. If Gluttonous Greaves is in the inventory at the time of quest completion, it is automatically upgraded into these boots.
