Unique – Ward: Consumes a charge to place a Stealth Ward at the target location, which grants sight of the surrounding area. Charges refill upon visiting the shop (0.5 second cooldown; 4 charges; 600 range).

Unique – Dream Maker: Every 8 seconds, you gain a Blue Dream Bubble and a Purple Dream Bubble. Granting a heal or shield to an allied champion (excluding yourself) causes you to grant both of your Dream Bubbles to them, empowering them for 3 seconds. The Blue Bubble reduces the damage of the next attack or spell they receive from non- minions by 50 – 194 (based on your level) and the Purple Bubble grants them 40 – 160 (based on your level) bonus magic damage on their next damaging attack or ability, with the latter reduced to 33.3% for area of effect damage against non-champions.

Requires completion of the support quest for Runic Compass, which transforms into Bounty of Worlds afterwards to allow you to upgrade into this item for free.
